RECIPE: Flu Buster

Here is a super simple recipe that can help you fight the flu 
& keep you cozy all winter

1 Lemon
Mint Leaves
Fresh Ginger
Hot Water 

The lemon slices provide vitamins and energy while the mint and ginger help calm an angry stomach

To make the tea, cut a few slices of lemon & ginger and rip off a few mint leaves and place in a cup of hot water.  Add a bit of honey for sweetness, let steep for about 10 minutes and enjoy!  

You can leave the items in the cup or remove before drinking
The lemons and mint may start to get bitter if they are left in the hot water for more than 30 minutes

Feel free to change the proportions of the ingredients to your liking!
When I'm not sick, I love using just lemon & honey
