Style Files: Spectacles

Glasses: Warby Parker Crane | Top: F21 | Jeans: Citizens of Humanity | Heels: Ralph Lauren | Bag: Cole Haan

I have been hunting for some new spectacles for a while, but just couldn't commit to the crazy price tags at my optometrist's office, so I was super excited when I discovered Warby Parker.

I used the at-home try on and sampled 10 different styles before I decided on the Crane in Whiskey Tortoise.  I've had these little babies for a few weeks and I have been pretty impressed with the quality, especially based on the $95 price point! The glasses at Warby Parker are stylish, trendy, inexpensive, and sturdy and they seem to have top notch customer service.

I dont wear glasses out too often, but this new style is making me reconsider! I don't know about you, but whenever I put on glasses, I instantly feel smarter!

PS.  Warby Parker has no idea who I am, I just enjoyed my new glasses and thought you might as well!

A lazy coffee break is one of my favorite ways to spend a Saturday afternoon.
When venturing out on the weekend, comfort is pretty much my only concern!

This past weekend, a relaxed linen top and boyfriends jeans were the perfect pair for quick outing.  A loose top knot and a glamorous wool coat helped me seem much more pulled together than I was feeling, which is always a plus...
I typically try to keep my simple outfits interesting by varying patterns or textures. This is a super easy way to add visual interest without a lot of extra effort.

Bold stripes and big fur hood made this outfit anything but boring and I almost tricked myself into thinking I was still wearing pajamas.

There is nothing better on a long road trip through California then relaxed jeans, a loose top, and a great hat to cover up unruly waves!

After one of the many necessary coffee breaks, we found some nice farms to snap some pics.

This specific coffee happened to turn into quite the ordeal.. Once we got back on the road, I realized my phone was no longer with us, so back to Starbucks we went... nothing like adding an extra 60 miles to a 5 hour drive..
